Refund policy

The Room Plug, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition received
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, labels, tags, and included parts where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not returned in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Perfumes
  • Candles
  • Diffusers
  • Room sprays
  • Fragrance oils
  • Personal care or scent-related products
  • Earbuds or in-ear devices, unless faulty

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards may also be non-refundable unless required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a faulty item.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
